One of the challenges associated with it is assessing and grading numerous students’ works. This doesn’t necessarily mean anything bad.

Academics have been expected to absorb the techniques skills and understanding necessary to design and deliver online and blended learning as well as everything else they do. Originally I thought the academic staff member should be the creator and designer of online learning for their subjects. Now I disagree.
