Customize NotePlan with Beautiful and Colorful Headings via Themes – A Detailed Walkthrough #productivity @NotePlanApp

When it comes to the most game-changing app to organize my life, research, notes, and tasks, NotePlan has been the perfect solution for me. This powerful app for Mac and iOS seamlessly combines “daily notes” with general notes, integrates with your Calendar + Reminders, and allows you to create tasks and even time block – and that’s just skimming the surface.

NotePlan is continually releasing updates, but the latest one got me super jazzed, so I had to share! Since I started using this app, I’ve wanted a way to create more visually attractive headers. Now I can!

Customize NotePlan with Beautiful and Colorful Headings via Themes – A Detailed Walkthrough

With the power of NotePlan’s new rounded corners and full-line highlights, you can now create attractive and colorful headings. The result is not only visually appealing but also highly functional, providing a distinct visual separation between different areas within your notes.

In the video above, I share a step-by-step breakdown of how I customized my theme. If you’ve never coded before, don’t be intimidated. I’m not a coder either, but it’s easy enough to tweak and customize a theme to your preferences, and hopefully, my video will provide some guidance if you need it. Additionally, I’ll show you how to create shortcuts for commonly used headers to save you time.

(Sorry in advance for any technical inaccuracies in my explanation! Again, I’m not a coder, but I’m thrilled with what I’ve created and wanted to share it.)

I hope you find this tutorial helpful! If you’re a fellow NotePlan user, I hope you enjoy tailoring it to your personal taste to make your NotePlan experience even more enjoyable.
