What I learned from writing a book: A 3x3x3 reflection

I gradually learned instead to write down discrete snippets of thought into my notes software , whenever they happened to occur; then, before a writing session, review those notes and pull them together into a narrative. I don't think that Word is better than Google Docs for writing; but the change of scenery got me unstuck.
