In 2017 when I was on sabbatical at Steelcase , the Steelcase Education team had an all-hands meeting every Monday morning. The HBR report above is from 2018 and the Forbes report is from 2009, which is eons ago. So I have a particular agenda with this topic. But I think I'm not the only one.
