After completing undergraduate school in 2001, I began my teaching career as a substitute teacher at various Oregon districts. I began the interview and trainings process with 51Talk and was immediately enthusiastic about this new teaching adventure. My advocacy for second language and culture learning is reflected in my personal life.

The pervasiveness of advocacy writing helped usher in a “post-truth” era, where people consumed copious amounts of narrative over fact.
