40+ ideas for making technology integration meaningful

What does meaningful technology integration look like? How can we find go-to technology tools that will enhance our lessons and not add more to our already overflowing plate?

Almost daily teachers are bombarded with shiny new apps designed for education. It can be enough to make our heads spin. We WANT to use technology that is meaningful and manageable for ourselves and our students.

We don’t want “one more thing”.

Technology, when used with purpose can have incredible effects on student learning. We are able to teach and students are able to learn in ways we never thought possible. We can create learning experiences we never could have before.

How do we wade through all of the options to find the tools that will work for our own classes?

And how can we help get our reluctant colleagues onboard and excited about technology in the classroom?

In a recent Twitter chat moderated by Scott Titmas and Karly Moura, the #DitchBook community came out in full force to provide TONS of tried and true tech tools along tips for integrating them with purpose.

Check them out in the summary of this week’s chat below!
