Ditch those resolutions! Creating meaningful goals that stick

Even with the best intentions, our New Year’s resolutions are often long forgotten by February. So how do we create meaningful goals for ourselves and our students that stick? And how can we use the DITCH framework to do it? The #Ditchbook community shared lots of ideas.

The new year usually means a new set of resolutions. Goals that we set as we look for ways to be a better version of ourselves in the upcoming year.

As teachers, we want to find ways to make the rest of the school year as exciting, engaging and efficient as we can for our students and for ourselves.

How do we make resolutions that are different and innovative? And what technology tools can we use to help us keep these resolutions?

In a recent #Ditchbook chat, moderated by David Platt, we asked the community to share their ideas, activities, and tips for creating effective new year’s resolutions and ways to measure success.

Check them out in the summary of this week’s chat below! Also be sure to check out this Wakelet collection to see the whole discussion.
