Thankfully, we were uniquely positioned to help our customers succeed when the need for telehealth, distance learning and remote work became essential. With our product portfolio designed for remote device management, connectivity and security, we expedited the process of getting tools into IT’s hands and made resources available — including free online trainings and product functionality — to any enterprise, school or hospital transitioning to remote environments with Apple hardware.
To help frontline healthcare workers, patients and their families, we launched Virtual Visits that allows providers to deliver telehealth to patients, and for isolated patients to stay connected with their loved ones.
Learn anywhere and work anywhere initiatives were also high priorities on our list to empower just that, the ability for users of all ages to be productive no matter where they are. And with a dispersed workforce, better security tools were needed to ensure all devices, data, users and networks remained secure.
The pandemic is still here and so are we to help. This award only solidifies that we are on the right track and we couldn’t thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of your success with Apple.
