  • CodeHS Code High School is a comprehensive teaching platform for helping schools teach computer science. This resource is free and our Cyber Security Fundamentals class has just started using it.
  • Virginia Cyber Range is a Commonwealth of Virginia initiative with a mission to enhance cyber security education for students in the Commonwealth’s public high schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Applieddigitalskills is Google’s free online video-based curriculum with with activities which use their tools to teach digital skills. This link takes you to the Technology, Ethics and Security link, but you can explore the other lessons here. The lessons range from middle school to adult. They also have a teacher tool box with useful pdfs.
  • NetSmartz.org is a good resource for younger students. They have a video on cyber security which would work well this month. It even has a Halloween theme.
  • Meet The Teens Being Groomed As The Future Of Cyber Securityis a segment from The Today Show on June 29th, 2018 which shows teens learning how to work in the cyber security world.
