One of the questions I most frequently get asked is what tools I use to make my flipped classroom videos. I started with the Wacom DTU-1031 in 2013 and did a review of that – A New Solution For My Flipped Classroom. I open Camtasia. I edit the video in Camtasia. This was a major hurdle for me.

A little group of Hawaii educators held a Hangout on Air about The Flipped Classroom last evening. Anne Torige suggested the flipped classroom, for instance, because she was interested in learning more about it. which brings me to the great story behind this Flipped Classroom HOA. It was fun!

Screencasting is an integral part of my flipped classroom as I can record videos for a variety of purposes that include (but certainly not limited to) i nforming parents and students about class expectations , providing answer key videos , documenting directions and the steps of a project , and informing support staff of technical glitches.
