Loom provides teachers and students the ability to record an unlimited number of HD videos, up to 45 minutes in length. Loom has all of the features you would expect to find in a high-quality screen recorder, including screen and camera recording, drawing tools and cursor highlighting, custom recording dimensions, and the ability to record your system audio.
Easy Video Hosting
Recordings are all stored in your cloud-based workspace where you can edit them. You can download your videos or simply share them directly from your workspace. They even provide video analytics or “Viewer Insights.”
Getting Started
After applying for your free education account, I recommend downloading the desktop recorder. They do offer a Chrome extension for quick recordings, but you’ll want the desktop recorder to experience the full range of features that Loom has to offer.
