Impero Software Names Richard Fuller as New CEO and Announces its New Austin, TX Headquarters in the U.S.

Simi Valley, CA, Feb. 19, 2018 – Impero Software has announced the appointment of Richard Fuller as its new CEO to drive the company’s next phase of growth as it bolsters its global business plan. In the U.S., that plan includes opening a new U.S. headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Fuller formerly served as an operating executive at Investcorp Technology Partners, which assumed ownership of Impero in August 2017. “With such a passionate team behind me, a great product portfolio, backing from Investcorp Technology Partners and many, many ideas for delivering further customer value, it’s an exciting time for everyone connected to the business. We’re also looking forward to expanding our U.S. operations in Austin to better serve our growing number of customers in that region. ”

Austin is one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. and is the home of the Texas Computer Education Association. Impero’s new offices will be located at 823 Congress Avenue.

As a partner of global strategy consultant LEK Consulting, Fuller worked in its Sydney, Manila and Los Angeles offices.

In addition to his business experience, Fuller also served as the Member of Parliament for his home town of Bedford, England from 2010 to 2017. He championed entrepreneurship, excellence in schools, local apprenticeships and employment opportunities for graduates.

Fuller earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford.

Fuller took over for Sam Pemberton, who moved to a non-executive board position with the company.

In addition to providing safeguarding software to schools, Impero also promotes good digital citizenship.
