The Dynamic Learning Project (DLP) utilizes coaching for classroom teachers to increase impactful use of technology in select schools across the country. In our new video below, educators from the High School of Sports Management (HSSM) in Brooklyn, New York, share how the DLP is changing the school culture by empowering teachers and students.

“I’m really proud of [our work] on a more peer-collaborative culture among the staff, so it’s not coming from the top down,” said Maria Maravegias, an English/language arts teacher at HSSM. “We’re all teacher leaders and we’re all truly a professional learning community.”

“The DLP has allowed me to be a coach that knows where the technology could fit into a lesson,” said Ricardo Estrada, a math teacher and the school’s DLP coach. “The DLP has always been about not just using technology for the sake of using technology but using technology strategically.”

Watch the video below to see how teachers at HSSM are implementing technology in their classrooms in powerful ways, thanks to the DLP. Learn more about the Dynamic Learning Project.
