May 10 - A Second Panel Discussion on Passion-based Education

Join me Tuesday, May 10th, for a live and interactive FutureofEducation.com panel discussion on passion-based education with Angela Maiers, Amy Sandvold, Lisa Nielsen, and George Couros.  This is the same set of panelists (wahoo!) who discussed this topic with me at the closing session of the AZTEA virtual conference ten days ago, and you can watch the Elluminate recording of that session here. We'll continue the conversation by talking about teachers and their own passions, about creating passion-friendly classrooms and schools, and more.  Because Amy and Angela are co-authors of the book The Passion-Driven Classroom: A Framework for Teaching and Learning, we'll also dive more into the "Clubhouse Classroom" concept detailed in that book.

Date: Tuesday, May 10th, 2011
Time: 5pm Pacific / 8pm Eastern / 12am GMT (next day--international times here)
Duration: 1 hour
Location: In Elluminate. Log in at http://tr.im/futureofed. The Elluminate room will be open up to 30 minutes before the event if you want to come in early. To make sure that your computer is configured for Elluminate, please visit http://www.elluminate.com/support. Recordings of the session will be posted within a day of the event at the event page.
