Nancy White is president and founder of Full Circle Associates (http://www.fullcirc.com).  Her passion is to help people connect through online and offline strategies, and she helps non-profits and businesses connect through online and offline strategies. She has a particular interest in the application of online interaction tools and techniques to non-profit virtual teams and international community development. Born in California, with time in Pennsylvania, Sao Paulo Brazil, North Carolina and ending in Seattle, Washington, she loves learning something new every day.

Nancy is a skilled online host and facilitator who hones her craft with distributed communities of practice, online education, virtual teams and on social conversational sites. She is an active chronicler and collector of online facilitation resources, constantly seeking to understand "what works and why" in this evolving world of online interaction.
